Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and how we protect fragile items in transit.
1. Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. For security, some orders may be held briefly for verification before dispatch.
2. Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your destination, we'll contact you and refund your order.
3. Shipping methods & carriers
We use tracked, signed-for carriers so your delivery can be confirmed. You'll receive tracking details by email when your order ships.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by destination and shown in USD at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees from us.
5. Delivery estimates
- New Zealand & Australia: approx. 3–7 business days.
- North America & Europe: approx. 7–15 business days.
- Rest of world: approx. 10–21 business days.
Estimates are guides, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays.
6. Tracking & delivery confirmation
Deliveries are recorded against the full address you provide. Please ensure your address is correct — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied.
7. Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These are set by your local authorities.
8. Botanicals, wood & biosecurity
Our decorative stems and the tapestry branch are faux (plant-free), and our shelves, trays and frames are finished, manufactured wood products. None of our sets contain fresh or natural plant material, so there are no plant-import or biosecurity restrictions — every set ships worldwide, including to Australia and New Zealand. If you ever have a question about importing to your country, email us before ordering.
9. Fragile items & breakage in transit
Ceramics and glass are packed with care, but breakage can happen. If an item arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy — we replace transit-damaged ceramics free when reported within 7 days with photos.
10. Lost, delayed or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. We may wait for the carrier's investigation before reshipping or refunding.
11. Risk of loss
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address.
