Cookie Policy
Last updated 3 June 2026 · Governed by New Zealand law
What cookies we use, why, and how you stay in control of them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work and understand how it's used. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are covered by this policy too.
2. The types we use
- Essential — needed to run the shop: your cart, security, and payment via Stripe. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember preferences such as your cookie choice.
- Analytics — help us understand usage so we can improve. Loaded only with your consent.
- Marketing — only if/when we run campaigns, and only with your consent.
3. Consent
In the EEA/UK, non-essential cookies load only after you opt in via our banner. In California and similar regions, you can opt out, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You can change your choice any time by clearing the “saini-cookie-consent” preference or via your browser settings.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties we rely on, including Stripe (payment and fraud prevention) and, with consent, analytics providers. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the shop (like the cart and checkout) from working.
6. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Questions? Email support@sysaini.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
